Dr. Ayomide Akodu is the Group Chief Financial Officer of FirstCap Group, bringing extensive expertise in financial strategy, auditing, valuation, and corporate financial planning.

He began his career as a Financial Reporting Officer at Zenith Bank PLC before transitioning into consulting, where he specialized in the audit of banks and financial services institutions. During his consulting tenure, he managed the audit of several international commercial and merchant banks, as well as insurane and reinsurance companies. His deep understanding of financial operations, coupled with strong analytical and strategic skills, has been instrumental in optimizing financial performance across organizations.

Beyond his audit and financial management expertise, Dr. Akodu is highly experienced in training and valuation, competencies he honed during his years in consulting. His ability to assess financial health and provide data-driven insights ensures that FirstCap Group remains at the forefront of financial innovation and stability.

Dr. Akodu holds a Ph.D., M.Sc., and B.Sc. in Accounting and is a distinguished member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. His leadership in financial planning, strategy, and budgeting continues to drive FirstCap Group toward sustainable growth and success
