Isaac Nwankwo is a seasoned legal and corporate advisory professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business advisory services. He holds an LL.B. from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, and a BL from the Nigerian Law School. He is currently the Company Secretary of FirstCap Limited, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring sound legal advisory service, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic business advisory.
Prior to his current role, Isaac was with the renowned law firm Adepetun Caxton-Martins Agbor & Segun (ACAS-Law), where he worked in both the Energy and Company Secretarial Departments. At ACAS-Law, he managed a diverse portfolio of local and international clients across various industries, including Logistics, Maritime, FMCG, Power, and Oil & Gas. His work involved providing strategic legal counsel, corporate governance support, and regulatory guidance to high-profile organizations.
