After submitting your resume, you will receive a “Thank You” message advising your application will be processed.
If your candidate profile and application meet the qualifications for a selected position, a member of our team will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
How does the recruiting process work?
Our recruitment process varies depending on the type of role you are applying for and which country it is based in.
Most commonly once you have submitted your application, your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team. They will compare your skills and experience with the requirements of the position for which you have applied.
You will be contacted if you are selected for consideration, for an interview process which may often include multiple interviews with a variety of First Capital Limited representatives.
You may be required to share references of your work experience and to help us get a sense of who you are beyond your resume.
You may even be invited to an assessment day or to complete some tests.
Will you still contact me regardless of my application status?
We are truly sorry but due to the amount of applications we receive, we may not always give individual feedback during the first stages of our application process. Your application will be reviewed, and someone on the recruiting team will reach out directly if they would like to schedule an interview.
However, If there is no follow up on your application for the time being, we may still contact you should an opening that fits your expertise appear within a year, after that a new application will have to be made for an open position.
