Adenike Kuti

Independent Non-Executive Director

Adenike Kuti is an accomplished investment professional with over 17 years of experience spanning private equity, corporate finance, infrastructure, and investment banking across Africa and Europe. She currently serves as a Principal at Adenia Partners, a leading pan-African private equity firm, where she leads investment origination, structuring, and portfolio management. She also contributes as a member of the firm’s ESGI Committee, helping shape its environmental, social, governance, and impact strategy.

Prior to joining Adenia, Adenike was the Founder and Partner at Oakheirs Ltd, where she led strategic advisory and investment transactions, including the landmark merger between CAP PLC and Portland Paints PLC. Her career also includes key investment roles at LeapFrog Investments, where she led multimillion-dollar deals across Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria, and at Africa Finance Corporation, where she managed infrastructure investments in power and transportation across the continent.

A Chartered Accountant, she holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, an M.A. in Finance and Investments from Nottingham University Business School, and a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos. Adenike serves on the boards of Abbey Mortgage Bank and E-Finance Ltd as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
