Agnes Okwudiafor is a seasoned investment banker with over two decades of extensive experience spanning private banking, treasury, wealth management, and transaction support. She has a proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency, managing diverse investment portfolios, and consistently surpassing financial targets. A strong advocate for governance excellence and a risk-aware culture, she possesses a strategic ability to align financial and business metrics with corporate objectives and high-growth strategies.

Previously, Agnes led the Transaction Support Team under the former FBNQuest Investment banking and asset management structure, where she played a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive financial solutions, including debt structuring, structured products, capital markets advisory, trusteeship, agency services, alternative investments, private equity, equity brokerage, and asset management.

Currently, she leads Transaction Support, leveraging her deep industry expertise to drive key initiatives, enhance business operations, and mentor the next generation of investment professionals.

Agnes holds a B.Sc. and an MBA in Business Administration and is a distinguished member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD).
