She is the Founder and CEO of Yvonne Lewis Limited, a premier HR consultancy delivering tailored recruitment and training solutions to global clients in finance, oil & gas, and social housing.

Irene has driven transformative initiatives, including generating multi-million-pound revenues through Yvonne Lewis Limited and pioneering innovative housing support schemes at London & Quadrant Housing Trust.
