Tolulope Oluwole

Tolu Oluwole is a seasoned financial services leader with significant experience in investor relations, financial advisory, and strategic management. As Head of Investor Relations at FBN Holdings Plc, Tolu has spearheaded the development and execution of a global investor relations strategy, fostering robust engagement with domestic and international shareholders, analysts, and investors. Under their leadership, FBN Holdings earned accolades such as the 2021 Best Investor Relations Practice in Nigeria’s Banking Sector by International Finance Magazine and the 2011 Best Financial Reporting Company by Africa Investor.

Tolu’s expertise spans strategy formulation, stakeholder management, and high-stakes negotiations, consistently driving cost efficiencies and enhancing corporate perception. Tolu has played a pivotal role in high-profile transactions, including the $350mn Eurobond issuance, and has led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful annual reports and investor communications. 

Before joining FBN Holdings, Tolu held leadership roles at Standard Alliance Capital & Asset Management and Deloitte Nigeria, where he honed skills in financial analysis, business development, and operational transformation. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI), Tolu holds an MBA from the University of Hull Business School and has completed advanced leadership programs at Harvard and Stanford.
