
Yewande Amusan

Mrs. Amusan is an accomplished finance professional with over 25 years of industry experience both in the public and private sector. She is an amiable and effective communicator with a keen eye for detail and people-influencing skills.
She is a consultant for Andersen Global, an independent tax and business advisory firm, where she is driving the implementation of the firm’s private wealth/family governance strategy across the group. At Andersen Global, she also supports with marketing the firm’s diverse product offerings.
Prior to joining Andersen, Mrs. Amusan served as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of SunTrust Bank, where she provided strategic oversight on operational improvements, partnerships, profitability, and productivity. She was also the Chief Executive Officer of both Foxfire Investments Limited and Copley Training Limited. In her earlier banking career, she held key leadership positions, including General Manager at Trust Bank of Africa Limited and Sterling Bank Plc, where she later served as Group Head of Retail and Consumer Banking.
In the public sector, Mrs. Amusan has served in several strategic roles within the Ogun State Government, including as Senior Consultant to the Governor and Honourable Commissioner for the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. In her capacity as Commissioner, she was instrumental in building and sustaining strong relationships with local governments, departments, and agencies to drive the effective planning and implementation of emergency response strategies. As Special Adviser at the Public-Private Partnership Office, she served as project advisor on PPP initiatives across various MDAs, developed comprehensive master plans, and led the end-to-end process of project planning, procurement, and implementation.
She holds a BA in accounting from Oglethorpe University.
